Check In Formalities

ID PROOF – IMPORTANT: As per the direction given by the government of India – Department of tourism and Goa Police, all Indian Nationals above 18 years MUST COMPULSORILY produce proper proof of identification upon check-in. Valid identification documents include -> Passport, Voters ID card, Driver’s License, Adhar Card. School ID proofs, Collage ID proofs, Company ID proofs, Organisational ID proofs Airline ID cards will not be considered. Documents MUST include a photograph. All Foreign Nationals MUST COMPULSORILY produce a passport with valid VISA.
CHECK IN TIME: Check-in at 01:00 pm And Check-out at 11:00 am * Early Check-in and Late Check-out are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, CHARGES APPLICABLE.

Visitors are strictly not allowed in the rooms. If required, they may meet the guest at the lobby or in the Restaurant.

Outside eatables / food and alchoholic / non alchoholic beverages strictly prohibited anywhere in the resort premises.

Confirmed Booking cancelled 7 days prior to Arrival – No cancellations charges applicable
Confirmed Booking cancelled 6 to 3 days prior to Arrival 50% of Amount paid as advance will be retained.
Confirmed booking cancelled 3 days prior to Arrival 75% of Amount paid as advance will be retained.
Confirmed Booking turning as No Show 100% Retention charges applicable.
